Another update has just arrived about the Spawn reboot that just can't seem to make its way out of development hell, though this one appears to be promising. As it stands, only one live-action Spawn movie has made it to theaters with the widely-panned film starring Michael Jai White releasing in 1997. Plans for a sequel were eventually abandoned after the movie tanked, and though there have been attempts for years to get a reboot going, cameras have yet to start rolling on a new Spawn film.
