Many revered comedies from years past have faced increased scrutiny in more recent years, and among them has been the 2007 film Superbad. The coming-of-age film stars Michael Cera and Jonah Hill as a pair of high school seniors who make a vow to lose their virginity before graduation, and part of their plan involves getting women drunk in order to more easily seduce them. The R-rated comedy was a huge success at the box office at the time, and the reviews were largely on the positive side, making Superbad a pretty big hit.
