Christina Applegate knows what this is like, as she can immediately think of the biggest role she turned down that has her questioning if she made the right decision. It's a revelation that came during a recent interview with Vanity Fair, as Applegate was reflecting upon her career. The trip down memory lane comes as Applegate says she'll likely never work on-camera again following her multiple sclerosis diagnosis.
