The film, which hails from Fuzz on the Lens Productions, raised funds on Indiegogo, allowing horror fans to contribute to the making of the movie. Stream also shares many crew members with the Terrifier films. For instance, director Damien Leone was in charge of the makeup and FX. The movie also features actors from Terrifier.
