The next video game adaptation to hit the big screen will be Five Nights at Freddy's, coming to theaters in October. Bases on the video game of the same name, the film has been in the works for several years, going through multiple scripts and directors before filming finally began this year. Directed by Emma Tammi, the screenplay is co-written by Tammi alongside Seth Cuddeback and original Five Nights at Freddy's creator Scott Cawthon. Jason Blum is producing the film with Cawthon.
