Joy Ride star Stephanie Hsu is an Oscar nominee, as she was up for Best Supporting Actress at the Academy Awards this year for her role in the hit film Everything Everywhere All at Once. She was one of two stars of the film who'd been nominated for the same award, as she was competing against co-star Jamie Lee Curtis for the Oscar. Ultimately, Curtis picked up the win, marking the first time the movie veteran won an Academy Award. It was one of several wins for Everything Everywhere All at Once, which swept the Oscars by winning seven of its eleven nominations.
