Legendary parodist "Weird Al" Yankovic is celebrating after getting nominated for an Emmy for the first time. On Wednesday, the full list of nominations was revealed for the Primetime Emmy Awards, and there were a total of eight announced for WEIRD: The Al Yankovic Story. A parody biopic film that premiered on The Roku Channel last year, WEIRD is considered a TV movie, and as such, it's been nominated for Outstanding Television Movie. The film will be up against Dolly Parton's Mountain Magic Christmas, Fire Island, Hocus Pocus 2, and Prey.
