The acclaimed 2009 movie, The Blind Side, directed by John Lee Hanckock and starring Sandra Bullock has been at the eye of the storm for a couple of days, after Michael Oher, the man who inspired the story, revealed the heartbreaking truth behind his relationship with his adoptive family, the Tuohys. Released in 2009, the movie follows the life of Oher, a young black orphan who's been going from foster home to foster home until he meets the Tuhoys, a rich white family that adopts him in order to give him a better life and support his dream of becoming a football player.
