What a difference six years make. In 2017, actor Timothée Chalamet was still climbing the ladder toward his eventual success in Hollywood with roles in Interstellar and Lady Bird to his credit. But it was playing the lead in director Luca Guadagnino’s Call Me by Your Name that arguably catapulted the young actor to prominence. And Chalamet’s “disorienting” reaction to sexual allegations against his on-screen love interest and co-star Armie Hammer is understandable. Chalamet talked about how he felt when he learned of the accusations against Hammer in an interview with GQ:
