Despite the Sanderson sisters’ attempts to suck the souls out of Salem’s children, plenty of Hocus Pocus’ magic made the film’s final cut back in 1993. However, director Kenny Ortega reveals that one of his favorite deleted scenes featured the witchy Mary Sanderson (Kathy Najimy) stealing a young child from a grocery store’s shopping cart.
