Martin Scorsese's Killers of the Flower Moon recounts their real-life tragedy of the Osage. Throughout the 1920s, numerous oil-wealthy members of the tribe living in Oklahoma were mysteriously murdered by conspirators looking to steal their profits. It's a story that is mostly unknown outside of Native America groups, but one so tragic that it's called the "Reign of Terror" among the Osage. In a new video, titled A Shared Vision, released by Apple TV+, Scorsese speaks with Osage Nation Principal Chief Geoffrey Standing Bear on bringing the film to life in "the most authentic way" possible.
