Just when you think you've seen every twist in the Scream franchise, it's been teased that one of the very first Ghostface victims could theoretically return. In March, Scream VI premiered to big profits at the box office, and chances are we will see another Ghostface (or two?) going after the survivors in a Scream VII. With that said, original Scream star Drew Barrymore has weighed in on potentially reprising her role as Casey Becker, the teenager who gets gutted and hung by the masked Ghostface killer in the opening portion of the movie.
