Live-Action Remake of How to Train Your Dragon Reportedly Casts Its Hiccup

April 25, 2023

The speeding train of live-action adaptations of popular animated films has shown no signs of slowing down, and one of the latest planned projects now on the tracks is a remake of the tremendously popular fantasy animated film How to Train Your Dragon, which first came out back in 2010 and spawned two sequels and a series of short films. The announcement of the live-action adaptation back in February led to wide-spread speculation of who would be cast, especially in the role of main character Hiccup. Now, per a source report from CBR, those roles are rumored to be in the final stages of the casting process, though not yet confirmed. Among them is likely contender Jack Grazer, who is being considered for Hiccup.
