The subject of censoring movies for modern audiences is one that has been a topic of debate online for a number of years, especially when it comes to movies primarily aimed at family audiences and children. One such movie is E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial, which saw the 20th anniversary release of the movie digitally remove guns from a scene in which the children are chased by officers with firearms.
