All of the mystery around Henry Cavill’s Superman return is now done, and the actor has been talking openly about his cameo appearance in Black Adam and what it means for the future. One aspect of his new appearance in the cape has raised more questions than many others, and that is the decision to use John Williams’ Superman score rather than that of Hans Zimmer to usher the Man of Steel back into the DCU. Cavill has his own ideas about why it was right to use the classic score in Black Adam’s post-credits scene.
